How long does it take for my tool to go live?
All submissions are manually reviewed and published within 48 hours of payment. You'll receive an email the moment your listing is live.
Can I update my listing after it's published?
Yes — email us at elloaidirectory@gmail.com with your tool name and the changes you'd like. Minor updates (description, URL corrections) are free. Major reworks may require a small fee.
What if my tool doesn't pass the review?
We'll contact you to explain why and issue a full refund. Refunds are not available after a listing has been published.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Featured?
Yes. Email us with your existing listing and we'll sort out the upgrade for the difference in price ($50).
Do listings expire?
No. All listings — Standard and Featured — are permanent. You pay once and your tool stays listed as long as the directory operates. No renewals, no annual fees.
I found an error in an existing listing. How do I report it?
Email us or DM on X with the tool name and the issue. We'll look at it and fix it quickly.
